Lost Foam

In several markets as truck, automotive, energy, heating, compressor-/pump, agro-business, Lost Foam casted products have found their way.
Numerous customers have noticed the benefits as a result of the unlimited product design freedom. Parts are made with component integration (no need for sealing’s anymore) or other elimination of machining operations.
Weight gain in the parts is achieved by reduced wall sections, with clean internal lines for lower air or hydraulic resistance.
The live time of those products is much longer as product stability is largely improved.
As part integration by elimination of welding and machining is achieved, cost prices of parts are reduced as well.
